By accessing our website and utilizing our travel planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable local, national, and international laws.

2. Booking and Payments

All tour reservations are subject to availability and hotel confirmation. Quoted itinerary rates are subject to change based on seasonality, airline fuel surcharges, or local tax updates. We reserve the right to decline any booking request or adjust tour dates in coordination with local guidelines.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on the specific tour package, hotel vendor guidelines, and season. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Any cancellation fees from airlines or third-party hotels will be passed directly to the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

Maverick Tour & Travels acts solely as an agent for airlines, hotels, and local transport operators. We shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, baggage loss, tour delays, or travel changes resulting from acts of god, carrier defaults, or geopolitical guidelines.
